Regression work

Picture of the eagle Possibly the most facinating and rewarding work that can be done in Hypnotherapy is the work contained in regression. Both age regression and past life regressions offer great healing for present physical and emotional issues. With the combination of EFT to work on any issues that may arise (be they real or imagined) the scope for deep healing is amazing. It is possibly the most controversial area within Hypnotherapy with many people on both sides of the fence.

Past life regression and future life progression, both feed off the Jungian Psychotherapy theory of the collective consciousness, which states we are all connected through a higher consciousness. A view that would be backed by most if not all of the religions and is now supported by all the top Quantum Physicists today.

Many people try a regression just as an experience, or for self analysis. Others use this extraordinary experience to heal a problem they currently have that they believe stems from an earlier life or past life experience.

A future life progression is used to take a person into the future after the problem has been solved and ask themselves how they solved it.

A lot of people expect that in a PLR they will have been a King or a famous figure of some sort. This is not the case for most people, as in the present time, we can't all be rich and famous, so too is it true for the past lives. Most PLR's are pleasant experiences, which leave the person feeling as though they have a greater understanding of themselves.

Usually three sessions of hypnosis are used for regression work.
