Hypnosis can change the way you think about foods, the type of foods that you crave and importantly, give you the motivation and focus to achieve your weight loss goals. Everybody who has tried to lose weight time and time again through diets and new fads will tell you that they just dont work. The reason being you havent dealt with the reasons that you overeat. If you think about it a lot of the time you eat you aren't actually hungry. You wouldn't fill up the tank of your car then proceed to fill up the back seat once it's full! So why do we do this with our bodys? We are replacing one need with another.

Using Hypnotherapy and we can replace these unwanted habits that are so hard to break, with ones that are more acceptable to us. Taking away the 'waiting for the next meal' feeling. Weight loss through hypnosis should be slow, healthy and long lasting. After all, the fast methods just don't work and can generate health problems. But wouldn't you rather lose the weight slowly without having to constantly watch what your eating and before you know it you're at your desired weight?

We can programme your mind to eat slowly, rather than wolfing food down. This gives the body the chance for it's 'stop I'm full' signal to be noticed. When we eat too quickly we flood the stomach with food before the signal can be noticed and then we ignore it when we do feel it.

The treatments usually take between one to three sessions to achieve the desired result, but three sessions are recommended to get the maximum long lasting results.
